• Featured Organic Producer

  Sweet Water Organics is an urban farm located in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee that has re-purposed unused industrial building space; using aquaponics to sustainably grow fresh, safe produce and fish for local Milwaukee residents, restaurants and groceries. We currently stock fresh perch and tilapia fish, as well as several other varieties they grow.

  Perch is low in Saturated Fat. It is also a good source of Selenium, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Manganese.

  Tilapia is low in Sodium. It is also a good source of Niacin and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin B12 and Selenium.

• Featured Item: Lettuces

  

  A colorful variety of butterhead, romaine, oakleaf and red and green leaf lettuces. This food is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Folate, Iron, Potassium and Manganese. The sweet flavor and crisp crunch of freshly harvested high quality lettuce have to be experienced to be believed.

  Sprouts are considered as wonder foods. They rank as the freshest and most nutritious of all vegetables available to the human diet. We are currently offering Broccoli sprouts, Radish sprouts, Sunflower sprouts, and Pea shoots from The Green Grocier Supply, Madison, WI.
